Who says miracles can’t happen? The country was shocked when guilty-as-sin Hunter Biden got a sweetheart plea deal from the DOJ. Despite facing tax fraud charges, a gun charge, and drug charges, he was going to get little more than a slap on the wrist if he plead guilty.
But since then, IRS whistleblowers revealed the DOJ manipulated their investigation. An FBI document exposed Hunter Biden’s role in an international bribery scheme (headed by his father). And an activist group, joined by former prosecutor Rudy Giuliani, called on the judge to reject the plea deal. The judge ended up rejecting the plea deal, questioning its constitutionality. So, Hunter lost it.
Hunter Biden’s plea deal fell apart during his first court appearance Wednesday morning and pleaded “not guilty” as federal prosecutors confirmed the president’s son is still under federal investigation.
The president’s son was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax, as part of plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.
But Judge Maryellen Noreika did not accept the plea agreement, questioning the constitutionality–specifically the diversion clause and the immunity Hunter Biden would receive. [Source: Fox News]
Woah. Judge Noreika rejected the deal Biden’s DOJ was offering to his son Hunter. The DOJ shut down an IRS investigation into possible tax crimes. Instead, they gave him a sweet deal that would have protected him from other serious charges, so long as he plead guilty.
I guess Biden’s lackeys within the DOJ thought that would have been enough to appease outraged Americans. Not even close.
The judge refused to accept the plea deal. So, Hunter made a major shift, unwilling to plead guilty without the deal. That would have meant he’d have to face the consequences of his actions! This is the man who has enjoyed special treatment all his life. No matter what he did, good old daddy would save him.
But whistleblowers and bombshell testimonies are mounting against Hunter and his father. It might not be long before Joe joins his son before a federal judge.
Now, Hunter will have to defend himself in court. The trial might uncover even more damning evidence against the “president’s” son and Joe himself.
This is going to get very interesting!
