By all appearances, the train derailment in East Palestine, OH is one of the worst ecological disasters in recent history. The train was pulling cars full of poisonous chemicals and genius officials decided to burn them all off, rather than dispose of them safely.
Senators have posted videos that show the chemicals in the local rivers. Residents are suffering from unexplainable headaches and breathing problems. Many fear returning to their homes. Meanwhile, Joe Biden refuses to visit the town–and some say it’s because it supported Trump in 2020.
On Friday, Joe Biden said he was not planning on visiting East Palestine, Ohio, the American town where residents are dealing with the aftermath of the February 3 Norfolk Southern 38-car train derailment that released toxic chemicals into the community.
A reporter asked “Are you planning to travel to East Palestine, Ohio?” Biden answered, “At this moment, not. I was, I—I did a whole video, I mean, um, you know, the—what the hell, on…” The reporter said, “Zoom?” And the president replied, “Zoom.” [Source: The Post Millennial]
I guess when you don’t care about America, you don’t bother doing anything for America. Biden has been literally phoning it in since he entered office. The man continues to show signs of mental decline. And even when he does appear lucid, he’s making decisions that hurt the country and benefit foreign enemies.
But maybe he’s going to have to kick it up a notch, now that news is coming out about 2024.
Marianne Williamson, an author and “spiritual thought leader” who ran for president as a Democrat in 2020, confirmed she would run for the Democrat nomination for president in 2024.
“I wouldn’t be running for president if I didn’t believe I could contribute to harnessing the collective sensibility that I feel is our greatest hope at this time,” Williamson told the Medill News Service, which is written and produced by Northwestern University students. [Source: Breitbart]
Biden’s got his first 2024 rival in the form of Marianne Williamson. This is big news since nobody expected any Democrats to challenge Joe Biden. But with his approval being so terrible–and with his unwillingness to put Americans first–Biden just might not be as safe as he thought he was.
The Democratic establishment has been trying to make Biden’s nomination a shoo-in. But, in reality, the man is much too weak to think that. Any Democrat has a fighting chance at knocking old Joe off the pedestal. The disaster in East Palestine is only one of countless crises Biden helped create but then ignore.
Why should this corrupt, failed, and senile man get the nomination a second time, let alone the presidency? Is the Democratic Party so crooked, so pathetic, that it won’t even consider someone else replacing him?
They might not have a choice. If voters rally around Williamson or someone else, Joe’s gone.
