President Trump is returning to the rally trail in June, according to an official announcement.
The rallies will be in support of America First Republicans who are pushing for the MAGA movement and who are running for 2022 congressional seats, despite Trump not being ready to decide his own political future before the 2024 election.
The source told the NY Post that President Trump is looking at dates and venues for two June rallies and another near July 4th.
Besides a speech at CPAC, Trump’s last rally was on Jan. 6 in D.C., while protesters angry about Biden’s certification stormed the Capitol.
After he left the White House, Trump was acquitted in a post-office second impeachment trial on the accusation of insurrection incitement.
Trump has hinted at a 2024 presidential run in numerous interviews.
“I look forward to announcing my decision when the time is right,” Trump said. “It is still early. But I believe Americans will be very happy with my decision. For financial reasons, you can’t do it too early, because it changes into a completely different thing.”
“If that weren’t the case, I would give you the answer and I believe you would be very happy about it,” he said. “So, all I would say is keep watching.”
