The chaos in Afghanistan continues to go from bad to worse. I don’t think we’ve ever seen an administration or president so bad at handling a crisis.
Biden refuses to be honest about what’s happening in Kabul. His officials keep changing their word. What we do know is that American troops will be gone by August 31—and that even Democrats admit Americans will be left stranded.
Sleepy Joe surrendered the country to the terrorist regime. He even handed them state-of-the-art weapons and technology. Because Biden has shown incredible weakness before our enemies, the Taliban has no fear of harassing Afghans and even American citizens.
Now, the United States is warning Americans still waiting for flights out to flee the Kabul airport. Because ISIS is back and is planning an attack.
The U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan has issued a security alert advising stranded Americans to either avoid the airport in Kabul or “leave immediately” if they are waiting at the gates…
Speaking with CNN on Sunday, Jake Sullivan, national security adviser to President Joe Biden, warned the threat of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Afghanistan should be taken seriously…
Sullivan added that the threat from ISIS is “real, it is acute, it is persistent, and it is something that we are focused on with every tool in our arsenal.” [Source: Breitbart]
Oh, great, now stranded Americans have to worry about ISIS now! Joe Biden assured us that not only was the Taliban safe, but that other killers like al Qaeda and ISIS aren’t even in the country. He was wrong, dead wrong.
In fact, UK intelligence agents as well as other Western allies have learned about an “imminent” terror attack at the Kabul airport. Thousands of people, both Afghans and U.S. citizens, remain stranded outside the airport. In the confusion and chaos, it is a prime target for ISIS or other terrorist forces.
Sadly, there might not be time for people to flee to safety (if there is any in Kabul). And many might not leave, afraid they’ll miss their chance for a flight home. And thanks to idiot Joe, there are not enough military to prevent a possible attack.
We are literally looking at a powder keg, ready to blow. Hundreds or thousands could be seriously hurt, in a war-torn city lacking adequate medical or security resources.
This was bound to happen, given the situation. Footage of the airport reveal swarms of people camping out, desperate for a flight. The Taliban is everywhere. And it would be very easy for terrorists, particularly suicide bombers, to infiltrate the endless crowds.
Make no mistake, if there is an attack and civilians are killed, Biden will never recover from it. Calls for his resignation and impeachment will grow, as Americans become uncontained in their outrage.
Democrats will be forced to face the consequences of electing this loser of a president. They might never recover.
