When Joe Biden was running for president, he claimed he would not go “soft” on economic threat and communist hellhole, China. Yet from the moment he entered office, Joe’s done nothing to confront China’s aggression. The communist state continues to manipulate the global economy, by shutting down manufacturing and putting immense pressure on other countries.
That’s only the tip of the iceberg of what China keeps doing. Yet not only has Biden done nothing to pressure China to resume production of needed materials like semiconductors, he is preparing to lift Trump-era sanctions that protected American businesses. And, in thanks for that reward, China is trying to infiltrate businesses around the world.
Heads of the FBI and the MI5, the United Kingdom-equivalent, joined together on Wednesday to warn business leaders of espionage from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) subverting the Western economy and national security.
FBI Director Christopher Wray and MI5 Director General Ken McCallum alarmed world-leading technology, research, and commercial business owners about the Chinese government’s long-term threat to Western investments’ economic and national security…
“The Chinese government is set on stealing your technology—whatever it is that makes your industry tick—and using it to undercut your business and dominate your market.”
“And they’re set on using every tool at their disposal to do it,” he added. [Source: Daily Wire]
So, the FBI, which has struggled to do its job under Biden, along with MI6 is warning world leaders that China is out to rob them blind. Chinese spies are trying to steal the technology of major businesses, so they can make counterfeits and gain a tremendous upper hand in the market.
This is an existential threat to most of the world, since this can bring down major businesses and give a totalitarian government like China control. Everyone’s at risk.
Yet Biden does absolutely nothing to confront China’s tremendous threat.
In fact, Biden is looking for ways to enrich the country. Much of the oil he released from our strategic reserves went to China (after he asked them for oil) and he is about to lift sanctions on Chinese-made products, putting American companies at a disadvantage.
His own FBI is warning the world about the threat China poses. So, what is he going to do about it? Are we going to get executive orders that clamp down on China’s threat? Will we see bipartisan legislation incentivizing America-made products, along with more sanctions?
Probably not. Biden has no problem sanctioning Russia, even if that means hurting Americans. But it will be a cold day in hell before he harms a hair on Xi’s head.
This announcement from the FBI is basically saying to businesses, “You’re on your own.” Otherwise, they would have provided more than just a warning. It is the FBI’s job to address and stop these kinds of threats, not throw our businesses to the wolves.
But until someone else takes over the White House, China will have free rein.
