Biden Agency Goes Mega-Woke – Gets Rocked by Shocking Accusation

Joe Biden might have once been a “moderate.” But it’s painfully obvious that radical progressives are running his administration.

Joe the yes man is doing whatever the far left is telling him to do. He has tried to force a “woke” agenda onto American schools, businesses, and even churches.

Now, his Department of Health and Human Services is taking the next step in destroying common sense and decency. And one group is saying this is a violation of the First Amendment.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has rolled out a new gender pronoun policy that one Heritage Foundation expert and former HHS official says violates employee rights and will result in firings for “misgendering.”

“HHS and the federal government is requiring its employees to speak falsehoods,” Roger Severino, the Heritage Foundation’s vice president for domestic policy and the former head of civil rights at HHS during the Trump administration, told Fox News Digital. ..

Biden’s HHS is run by “Rachel” Levine, an infamous transgender. And it appears Levine has finally gone off the deep end, forcing HHS employees to use “woke” transgender pronouns, regardless of their personal beliefs on the issue.

The Heritage Foundation, a major conservative group, has accused this Biden agency of violating the First Amendment rights of its employees. Workers within the HHS could get fired for not using the “right” pronouns for a transgender co-worker.

Not only that, but this policy will require the agency’s official documents, memos, and materials provided to Americans to have this “woke” terminology. The Department of Health and Human Services has tremendous influence on America’s medical industry.

How many doctors and nurses will lose their jobs, because they refuse to embrace this woke, transgender mandate?

It is possible that this new policy will quickly lead to lawsuits. The first employee fired for using the “wrong” pronouns will take this to the courts. Hopefully, this will result in a Supreme Court ruling that knocks down this woke agenda and protects free speech and basic common sense.
