When word broke that a New York district attorney was indicting former President Donald Trump, Joe Biden gave no reaction. When asked about it, he said nothing–nor did his White House office. Pretty odd, if you think about it. Shouldn’t Biden have something to say, either for or against?
It seems as if the Biden administration is trying to avoid looking as if they are involved in any of the legal action against Trump. Despite the fact that Joe is the head of the Democratic Party and all of these witch hunts are being led by his people.
He was just as silent last year, when the FBI sent over thirty armed agents to Trump’s home. Joe even said he was “stunned” to learn that his FBI violated historic norms to storm a former president’s home. But now, we are learning that was all a lie.

Records show that John Laster, “the Archives’ official responsible for administering all access requests for Presidential records,” was involved in the request despite the Archives’ previously claiming it had “not been involved in the DOJ investigation.” [Source: Fox News]
Let’s stop pretending Biden isn’t involved in all these Democrat-led attacks on Trump. We now know that a Biden official started the process that led to the FBI raiding Trump’s house. There would have been no raid, had this Biden official not made the request.
The White House was clearly trying to stir up trouble against Trump with this raid. At the same time, Biden was giving speeches calling Trump and his supporters “threats against democracy.” Just weeks before the 2022 midterms, when Americans were ready to blast Joe for his failed leadership.
Hmm… perhaps Joe Biden is a tyrant who is abusing his power for his own gain?
Just consider this: Democrats impeached Trump in 2019 over a phone call, alleging he was using his power to stop Joe Biden from winning the 2020 election. Yet now, we see Joe Biden using the entire FBI to go after Trump–whom we know is his top 2024 rival.
Are Republicans going to hold Biden to the same standard Democrats did with Trump? Why is Biden allowed to abuse his power, again and again, to protect himself and his party? Why is it always Republicans who get railroaded over the smallest things, when Democrats are literally trampling our Constitution?
