Americans woke up on Sunday to learn that our ally Israel was at war. Iran-based terrorists killed over 700 people, injuring many more with rocket attacks. They proceeded to invade parts of the country, capturing hundreds of hostages.
Israel is hitting back hard. This conflict could grow beyond the boundaries of the country. Reports have indicated that among the victims were Americans. Some accounts claim that Americans have also been taken hostage.
A situation like this normally results in major action from world leaders. Israel, an ally to many Western nations and a UN member, has just been attacked. This is the worst attack on Israeli soil in modern history. But what Biden was doing will have many Americans outraged.

As our ally Israel was under siege, Biden ignored questions from reporters while attending a BBQ party. Joe and Jill Biden hosted a cookout with live music, while Israel was attacked by terrorists. This happened, while Americans died and some were believed taken hostage.
Critics will not deal kindly with Joe Biden. Most Americans probably assumed Biden canceled his scheduled events to meet with officials. A president should be discussing options with the Pentagon and trying to contact Israeli officials.
In a world-shaking event like this, seconds, not minutes, count. Yet Biden wouldn’t even speak with reporters to comfort worried Americans. And he went on with his BBQ as if nothing was going on.
Some might compare this to his reaction to the deaths during the fall of Afghanistan. Biden seemed callous and unconcerned when desperate people fell from airplanes. The families of the 13 slain U.S. service members continue to accuse Biden of not caring about their fallen children.
Is this a repeat of the same? Is Biden unconcerned that Americans have been killed in a terror attack overseas? Is he working with federal agencies to provide aid to Israel or is he pushing this job onto someone else?
