Biden officials are gloating about higher gas costs and greater hardship for Americans as a result of their psychotic, anti-human “green” agenda, according to a report.

“Transitioning” off of fossil fuels to green energy, according to U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, is being aided by higher gas prices.

“We’re going through an energy change. And we need to start by adding energy. The truth is that we’ll need some time to get off oil and gas. This is a transition for us.”

This isn’t the first time that Granholm has shown her lack of concern for average Americans and their difficulties as a result of increasingly expensive energy expenses…

“The essence of the ‘green’ agenda is being exposed by Granholm. These histrionic far-left Democrats believe that if people suffer, it is to protect Mother Earth.”

As Biden’s officials boast about destroying the energy sector, they also appear to have no power over prices.

“That’s very amusing. I wish I had the wand for this. Of course, as you are aware, oil is a global market. The cartel known as OPEC controls it. They made a decision yesterday that they would not raise their quotas any further than previously planned,” Granholm told CNBC in November 2021.

“So, you know, the fascinating thing is that the Department of Energy has an energy information agency. That agency forecasts what oil and gas prices will be. At this point, the prediction for the start of December is that gasoline costs will average $3.05 per gallon.”
