Biden Team Moves To Give BLM Terrorists Free Reign Over Americans

Sentencing guidelines called for a jail time of almost double that. But it turns out that President Biden’s Justice Dept. recommended a much lower sentence since the rioter, Montez Lee of New York committed this crime for BLM.

According to a new memo from the U.S. Attorney’s office in Minnesota, even though Lee “committed a crime that cost someone his life,” his motives for doing so merited a lower sentence.

“Mr. Lee’s motive for setting the fire is an important issue. Mr. Lee credibly says that he was on the streets to protest the unlawful police violence on black people, and there is no reason to not believe this comment,” the memo reads. “Mr. Lee accepted that he ‘could have protested in a different way,’ but that he got ‘caught up in the anger of the mob after being a black man and seeing his peers suffer.’”

“As anybody watching the news understands, many other citizens in Minnesota were also caught up,” the memo goes on. “It seems many people were looking only to exploit the disorder and chaos in the interests of random violence or personal gain. There seems also to have been many people who were angry and frustrated and who were trying, in many of these cases in an unacceptably reckless manner, to give voice to the feelings. Mr. Lee seems to be squarely in this latter category.”

Because supporting BLM is apparently the key to a lowered sentence in Joe Biden’s Dept. of Justice, the U.S. Attorney’s office requested that Lee get 144 months instead of the recommended 235-240 months. Instead, the Obama Judge Wilhelmina M. Wright gave Lee to 120 months.

So, if you are in legal trouble, just say you support BLM, and the Biden Justice Dept. will give you one of the lowest sentences possible.

Now if you are white and at all a conservative, please keep this to yourself, because if you reveal this, you will be given the harshest penalty possible and you may even get new charges of being a domestic terrorist.
