Biden Tries to Negotiate With Far-Left Groupies — It Doesn’t Go Well

Biden just can’t catch a break. He promised to “build back better” after the pandemic, but he keeps hitting brick walls. Is it because of Republican obstruction? Nope, it’s because his own party is experiencing a kind of civil war. And Biden is not the man to bring them together.

Senate Democrats, with the help of some RINOs, passed a “bipartisan” infrastructure bill costing over $1 trillion. It’s a separate package from Biden’s infamous $3.5 trillion socialist takeover of our economy. The bipartisan bill went to the House months ago, but has been sitting there. All because Nancy Pelosi and her progressives refuse to pass it, until the Senate passes Biden’s socialist package.

That’s not going to happen. So, Biden went to the House and offered them a smaller socialist bill, costing only $1.75 trillion. He hoped that would be enough to get them to pass the bipartisan bill. But, once again, Biden’s own party sabotaged his agenda.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delayed a vote on the Senate-passed infrastructure bill on Thursday as progressives continued to insist on linking it to a vote on the Build Back Better Act, sending President Joe Biden off to Europe empty-handed and undercut by his own party as he prepares to meet with world leaders…

“Members of our Caucus will not vote for the infrastructure bill without the Build Back Better Act,” House Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal wrote on Twitter. [Source: Just the News]

Pelosi refused to hold a vote on the bipartisan bill, something that is supposed to help rebuild our crumbling roads and bridges, ransoming it for Biden’s larger spending deal. But clearly, progressives are losing. They have been fighting for months to get Biden’s $3.5 trillion package passed in the Senate. Now, the bill is down to $1.75 trillion and it’s still not getting passed.

How long before it gets even smaller, with even fewer measures the far-left wants?

Its clear moderates in the Senate are holding out, unwilling to pass a radical spending package. The longer House progressives refuse to vote, the more likely the spending packages get delayed and gutted. Not that it’s bad for America. Both of these packages are stuffed with toxic measures that will further add to Biden’s government overreach.

The hilarious reality is, Biden’s plan is being stalled—not because Republicans are doing it—but because he can’t rally his own party. Who thought Joe Biden would be a good leader of the Democrats? He was a yes man that just did whatever Obama told him to do. He is not a leader. He does not have the strength, intelligence, or integrity to get the job done.

On top of that, he is showing increased signs of mental decline. He is even less effective now than when he was vice president all those years ago. And the left expects him to lead the country and secure socialist deals matching FDR and LBJ?

They must be as senile as old Joe!
