President Biden has flubbed his speech in Texas, leading to a healthy dose of online ridicule.
Biden was in Houston speaking to a FEMA vaccination facility.
When going through the list of officials he was expected to mention, he had noticeable trouble. Confusing the title of Senator John Cornyn of Texas. Then getting Representative Sheila Jackson Lee’s name wrong.
Despite what the transcript says, a video of the event proves how bad the flubs were.
Another mistake: Democratic Rep. Lizzie Pannill Fletcher of Texas goes by “Fletcher.”
When Trump speaks, he speaks with vigour but when Biden speaks, he speaks with uncertainty. Like in Texas today @JoeBiden said "what am I doing here? Am gonna lose track here", he does that pretty much everytime.

He is the president in name only. So who is making the actual decisions? pic.twitter.com/jkcjkWZL7b

A conservative commentator called “Bonchie” whose comments were shared by Trump Jr. said these mess-ups go beyond a small stutter.
“This man’s mental capacity is rapidly declining. Watch videos of Biden from five years ago and he is a different person,” the commentator said.
