For a long time, Americans have been ditching social media giants over claims they censor conservatives. Trump-supporter Americans have been kicked off of platforms, blocked, or “shadow banned” so nobody sees their posts.
But it looks like Facebook went much further than preventing users from seeing others’ posts. A new bombshell report is blowing the lid off of what Facebook did, in compliance with Biden’s government. It looks like they were trying to help the government root out dissenters.
A recent report claims that Facebook has been spying on the private messages of American users and reporting them to the FBI if they express anti-government sentiments or question the 2020 election.
The New York Post reports that Facebook has been spying on the private messages and data of American users. The company has reportedly been informing the FBI of users that express anti-government or anti-authority sentiments. Sources within the DOJ allege that the company also reported users that questioned the validity of the 2020 election…
One anonymous source stated: “It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause. Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.” [Source: Breitbart]
This is far more disturbing than you might realize. Every American is protected from the government over what they say, thanks to the First Amendment.
Love America? Hate America? Think the 2020 Election was stolen? You have every right to believe that and say that, and more, without the government trying to stop you.
For Biden or anyone else in the FBI do to so would be a violation of the First Amendment.
But not only was Facebook betraying users’ trust of the platform’s services, but they were complicit in violating the First Amendment by reporting private messages to the FBI.
The government is not allowed access to your personal documents, including messages, without acquiring a warrant. For that, they need probable cause. Not only does this smack of a violation of the First Amendment, but many others as well.
Why would the FBI care if a mom thinks the 2020 Election was stolen? Because Democrats and Joe Biden have branded Republicans as “threats to democracy.” They claim that anyone who questions the 2020 Election (or questions Biden’s radical agenda) is an “insurrection” and “domestic terrorist.”
That is how desperate the left has become, to hold onto its power. They are abusing the federal government, including the FBI, to hunt down anyone who disagrees with their socialist agenda. And Facebook was working with them, exposing users’ private messages to a government intent on punishing them.
This is more than just a reason to get off Facebook. Users (and Republicans in Congress) have reason to take the website to court. They might have broken numerous laws and must be held accountable.
So does Biden’s FBI. They’ve gone way over the line to protect the Democrats’ agenda.
