Cuomo In Hot Water After Proof Of Another Tantalizing Scandal Emerges

Although it’s been months since disgraced former governor, Andrew Cuomo was forced to resign, he keeps popping up in the news. Word is, the state released their investigation into his actions. Of course, it was much worse than we expected. Not only was he covering up nursing home deaths and harassing staff, but he was exploiting state employees to help him write his book on “leadership.”

But that appears only to be the tip of the iceberg. Word is circulating that although he resigned over explosive scandals, the man will continue to receive a handsome pension. Despite abusing his office and possibly breaking the law on many counts, Cuomo continues to receive a paycheck, courtesy of the taxpayer.

And that’s not even the end of it. Turns out, he might have been using his brother at CNN to help his cause. Because little ol’ Chris Cuomo is now in the hot seat.

Chris Cuomo, host of CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time, used his media sources to dig up info on his brother, former Governor Andrew Cuomo’s, sexual harassment accusers, according to texts and interview transcripts recently revealed…

In early March, the New York Times reported that the former governor tried kissing a woman, Anna Ruch, without her consent. Three days after this report, Chris Cuomo texted DeRosa, “I have a lead on the wedding girl.” […]

This is pretty low, even for a group like the Cuomos. Released documents reveal that Chris Cuomo, a top host at CNN, was helping his brother then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo, as sexual harassment allegations shook his administration. Chris was communicating with Cuomo’s top aide, Melissa DeRosa, coordinating the governor’s response. In one text, he even discussed dirt he dug up on one of his accusers.

Another message showed that Chris was writing his brother’s public responses. The CNN anchor appeared to be deeply embedded in helping protect his brother during the eruption of these scandals, a clear conflict of interest for someone working in the media. Chris’s willingness to control the narrative coming out against his brother is a clear sign that he was willing to violate his journalist integrity, making everything he reported tainted with dishonesty.

But the real question is, will Cuomo be held accountable? If he’s willing to do this for his brother, what won’t people in the media do if it helps their personal interests? If CNN’s parent company, Warner Media, does nothing about this, they are sending a message to everyone in journalism—and America. If they don’t make an example out of Chris Cuomo, why should we believe anything MSM reporters say?

They all can be as corrupt and compromised as this man. In the past, we know what would have happened. He would have been fired on the spot. Today, that is unlikely to be the case. CNN will simply slap Chris on the wrist and pretend like this never happened.

And fewer Americans will trust the news.
