After Supreme Court Protects American Right – Liberal AG Declares Mutiny

The Supreme Court has hit the radical left with numerous setbacks in recent days. It shut down Joe Biden’s illegal student loan scheme. The highest court also ended fifty-plus years of affirmative action, freeing school admissions policies from racism. And the court even sided with religious Americans, upholding their First Amendment rights against the left’s LGBT agenda.

As you can imagine, Democrats are melting down. They can’t believe the Supreme Court would put the Constitution ahead of their attempts at turning the U.S. into the Soviet Union. But one liberal attorney general has gone the extra mile in defying the Supreme Court. And she has vowed to defend a small minority, even if that means violating the rights of every last American.

In an act of defiance against the Supreme Court’s decision to protect religious liberty, Democrat Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that her office will seek prosecution against businesses that refuse to serve to those that belong to a “protected class.”

Furthermore, the Democrat AG released a statement which encourages people to come forward that believe they may have been discriminated against by a business based on their race, color, religion, or sex. So, here we have it. A Democrat attorney general openly defying the law of the land. Arizona’s leftist AG, Kris Mayes, not only expressed disagreement with the court’s ruling on the First Amendment. But she vowed to defy its decision and continue prosecuting businesses that refuse to violate their religious beliefs.

The Democrat, along with most other Democrats, believes an American’s religious rights don’t matter when confronted with offended homosexuals. Mayes seems to want to use her power as Arizona’s AG to go after any business owner who puts their religious convictions over the demands of a gay person.

It seems, to the left, gay people are a “protected class” whose demands are more important than constitutionally-protected religious rights. A Christian business owner has to cater to a gay person, even if their lifestyle violates that Christian’s personal beliefs.

So gay rights, in the minds of Democrats, is higher than the First Amendment. And even when the Supreme Court shuts down this LGBT agenda, Kris Mayes is willing to embrace lawlessness to get her way.

In truth, her statement needs to be investigated and prosecuted. Nobody is above the law in America, especially not Democrats.
