It’s painfully clear the latest COVID “guidance” coming from the White House and MSM is just about covering Biden’s failures. He couldn’t meet his July 4th vaccination goal, so he is now pushing new mandates to cover up his embarrassment.
More than that, the White House is trying to distract from its own flops by scapegoating red states. They have targeted Florida, falsely accusing the governor of failing on his job, all to keep eyes off of Joe Biden. But the Republican governor has refused to cower to the D.C. swamp. He recently pushed back on the administration’s latest rules, in a powerful speech.
“If you’re trying to restrict people, impose mandates, if you’re trying to ruin their jobs and their livelihoods and their small business, if you are trying to lock people down, I am standing in your way, and I’m standing for the people of Florida. So why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you get this border secure? And until you do that, I don’t want to hear a blip about COVID from you.” [Source: Daily Wire]
Florida had the least number of restrictions and has aggressively protected the most vulnerable. On top of that, the governor himself has championed vaccinations. Despite this, the White House has dishonestly accused him of failing—all the while applauding blue states that can’t get anything done.
Praise has been coming in from conservatives all across American for DeSantis’s speech. They have cheered on one of the few governors pushing back against Biden’s lies and failed tactics.

A few other Republican governors have faltered in recent weeks. Some have abandoned their residents in favor of lobbyists. Others have jumped on the mask mandate bandwagon. And others simply refuse to fight the corrupt regime out of Washington.
It seems DeSantis is largely alone in his battle to defend American freedoms. Biden claims that most new cases of COVID are coming from Texas and Florida. What he did not reveal was that these two states are being hammered thanks to Biden’s open border. Sick migrants are flooding Texas by the thousands. Many of them make their way to Florida.
Isn’t it odd that Biden has no problem blaming the state leaders—who have worked so hard to help their states? Yet he refuses to acknowledge a major crisis that is contributing to the continued spread of the virus?
It seems few people are willing to call out Biden for his hypocrisy and cowardice. Only Gov. DeSantis seems to have the backbone to do it.
Maybe a few more governors will follow his lead.
