DOJ’s Corruption Exposed: Stole Documents From Trump Protected by Attorney-Client Privilege

All we’re going to hear from the liberal media for a while is the FBI’s raid of Mar-a-Largo. There are several reasons for that. For one, this is part of the left’s ongoing crusade to slander Trump and discourage Americans from supporting him or the GOP. The other, the media wants you to ignore the fact that Democrats just passed a toxic, pro-socialist bill that will raise taxes and increase inflation.

Right now, the left is claiming that Trump “broke the law” by holding onto documents from his administration. Every president has taken documents with him after leaving office. Obama took over 30 million pages from the White House, no raid. In fact, Trump had the power to declassify anything he took from the White House, making the left’s entire claim pointless.

But there is more going on than meets the eye. The left won’t stop in their obsessive quest to find something against Trump. And, using the pretense of this raid, stole documents that only Trump’s lawyers are allowed to see.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) allegedly took materials that contained privileged attorney-client communications in its raid last Monday on former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, Florida…

The DOJ is apparently opposing the appointment of a “special master,” a judicial official who would conduct an independent review and decide which materials could be handed over to the government and which materials would have to be returned to Trump and his attorneys…

The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home…

Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege. This raid is proof the liberal establishment never respected or acknowledged Trump as a legitimate president. No former president has ever been treated so disgracefully and dishonestly by the Department of Justice or FBI. They knew the documents he took had been declassified. His team even cooperated with the FBI for months—the FBI even asked them to add an additional lock on the storage room door!

But it seems abundantly clear that this raid was just a front for Biden’s corrupt DOJ to get their hands on documents they had no right to touch. Documents that only Trump’s lawyers can see and are protected by attorney-client privilege.

We know that New York Attorney General Letitia James’ case against Trump is failing. She has no evidence to back her accusations against him or his business. It is possible Democrats within the DOJ used this raid to find something, anything, that could help in their attacks against the 45th president.

The DOJ has become so corrupt, that they don’t even want an independent judicial official to review the seized documents to make sure protected ones are returned to Trump.

You’d think if this DOJ was doing things legally, they’d have no problem with this arrangement. Yet this pathetic excuse for a law enforcement agency has become so politicized, nothing they do is about upholding the law. They are only interested in finding a way to stop Trump from running again.

They don’t even care if their flagrant violations of law and justice are done openly, for all to see.
