Donald Trump Says America Is Finished, Here’s Why

This Wednesday on the Fox Business Network, former President Trump ripped into President Biden over his bad approval ratings.

A recent ABC News survey revealed only 37% of people in the U.S. approve of how Joe Biden is dealing with his job.

Mentioning the increasing crime rate, especially in “Dem-run cities,” Trump said he did not think that many Americans approved of the president’s job in office so far. He said that the U.S. “is going to hell” under Joe Biden.

“First of all, I do not believe 37% because if you believe he has around 37%, that means around 37% of the people in this nation approve of the job he is doing?” Trump said. “How can you say that when the country is going to hell? It is going to hell. We have the greatest crime rate in all these Dem-run cities. The crime has gone through the roof — we do not talk about that. The border is wide open, and we have criminals flooding in. They are dumping their jails from many nations … from over 100 nations they say are sending their prisoners to the United States, and they are just walking in — totally, nobody is even looking into them, or talking to them. We do not even know where they are coming from, and these are some really bad people, including some terrorists, by the way.”

“We will be paying for this for a long time — the open border,” he said. “And we had the best, tightest border in the history of our nation one year ago. It is terrible what has happened. So, you tell me it’s 37%, Maria? I do not believe that. I don’t think 37% of Americans would vote for him.”

This comes at a time when Donald Trump is continuing to rise higher in the Republican candidate lineup to be even further ahead than the runner up, Governor DeSantis from Florida. However, we still have two years to go before 2024, and anything can happen. There are still never-Trumpers in the Republican party that are becoming more active in the run-up to the primary.
