Democrats were elated when they learned that leftist New York DA Alvin Bragg indicted Trump. D.C. swamp dwellers like Nancy Pelosi tried to muddy the case by claiming Trump was guilty until proven innocent. Not many liberals are happy now after they learned from the unsealed charges that they have no case against Trump.
But a day before, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer decided to gloat. Pretending to sound unbiased and fair, he posted to Twitter claiming Trump will have a “fair trial.” Not in New York he won’t.
I believe that Donald Trump will have a fair trial that follows the facts and the law. There’s no place in our justice system for any outside influence or intimidation in the legal process. As the trial proceeds, protest is an American right, but all protests must be peaceful.

If the DA had followed “the facts and the law,” he wouldn’t have indicted Trump. There was no evidence of a crime and this is entirely a political witch hunt. Every honest American knows that. Schumer even accused Trump supporters of trying to influence the trial through protests.
Yet he had turned a blind eye to violent protests and attempts at assassination against Supreme Court justices when Roe v. Wade was being ruled on.
Elon Musk was not having this man’s hypocrisy. And he took the Democrat to task.
To avoid losing the trust of the American public, it is important that our justice system pursue Democrats and Republicans with equal vigor.
Whichever party most puts justice before nepotism is the one that deserves trust.

Musk slammed Schumer and his party for their duplicity and deception. He acknowledged that Democrats were abusing the justice system to go after a political rival. This would never have happened to a Democrat candidate, even though Hillary Clinton was under investigation and implicated in many crimes.
Elon flipped Schumer’s claims on him, pointing out that until both Democrats and Republicans are treated the same, Americans will continue to lose trust in our justice system.
He then blasted Joe Biden by talking about “nepotism” in the Democratic Party. This is a reference to Democrats in the federal government who refused to investigate Hunter Biden’s many crimes, to help Joe win the election in 2020.
It’s pretty obvious Hunter is as guilty as sin. And his crimes implicate Joe more than a little bit. Yet why hasn’t Schumer come out and demanded justice over that? Why aren’t Democrats, who suddenly love justice, calling for Biden to resign and face prosecution?
Because they don’t care about law and the “facts.” They only care about abusing our country to get what they want.
