Elon Rocks Leftist Twitter “Employee”–Outs Ex-Worker Who Tried to Slam Company

Ever since Elon Musk bought Twitter, the left has been after him. It seems Democrats are outraged that the new owner would fight to restore free speech and a level playing field for everyone. Democrats had enjoyed shutting down conservatives and amplifying their own narrative for years. Musk’s takeover brought that to an end and they haven’t forgiven him for it.

Many left-leaning employees of the company have tried to slam Musk online. They called out Elon on Twitter, trying to slander his leadership and intentions for the social app. Recently, a man tried to pull a similar stunt. He called out Musk, claiming he was wrongfully fired by the company. Musk put him in his place.

Woah. So, here is the skinny. One of Twitter’s many leftist workers discovered he lost his job. Musk slashed Twitter’s workforce to cut back on ballooning costs. He promised that anyone who wanted to work hard could keep their job. This man claims his access to his work computer was cut off (meaning, he was working from home, refusing to go into the office). Twitter HR claims he was not an employee.

This man called out Musk, perhaps hoping to shame him for being fired. As it turns out, this man wasn’t a real employee, but something of an “independently wealthy” consultant. According to Musk, he did no real work because he claimed he had a disability that stopped him from typing. Yet Musk points out that he has been “tweeting up a storm.”

Musk drops the hammer on this man by saying he couldn’t be fired, because he wasn’t working in the first place!

Apparently, before Musk, this was the culture at the second-largest social network in the world. Twitter was hiring people who apparently did nothing. But because they had the “right” politics, they were allowed to stay on. Old Twitter seemed to prioritize keeping leftist workers, not people who did their jobs.

Democrats who worked at Twitter whined and complained about Musk’s new rules. Basically, that you had to actually work to stay there. But even their backlash was half-hearted, proving that they can’t even work to complain!

It seems Musk is continuing to clean house over at Twitter. Perhaps, in a few more months, it might actually be worth using!
