A federal judge based in Georgia has protected measures of the newly-passed election reform law that has led failed governor hopeful Stacey Abrams and certain other far-leftists to make wild claims of “voter suppression.” U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee refused to change the newly passed law “in the ninth inning,” as the lawsuit which was pushed by the Coalition for Good Governance had asked. The liberal-leaning group were against the restrictions on absentee ballots and requested that the court stop the state from enforcing the voting security law.
Given the ongoing elections happening in Georgia, Boulee would not appease the organization’s request and agreed with the state, for now.
“Election managers have prepared to enact the challenged measures, have enacted them at least to some degree and now would need to grapple with a different group of rules during the middle of the election,” the judge wrote, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. “The risk of harming the administration of a current election … are greater than the alleged harm to plaintiffs during this current time.”

The Biden Admin. Dept. of Justice is also suing the state of Georgia for enacting common-sense election measures, including voter ID mandates. And SCOTUS recently supported a similar rule in Arizona, so the administration’s legal case is unlikely to succeed.
This comes at a time when Democrats are pushing for a nationwide election takeover using a new narrative of “racist” election laws.
The Truth, however, is that these laws protect America’s election from illegal and foreign influence, at least at the polling booth. They also aid in preventing the use of absentee ballots as a way to fix elections, as former President Donald Trump and other Republicans accused the Democrats of doing in 2020 to win Biden the White House.
It’s also important to point out that every poll that has been done has shown that African-Americans support voter ID. In fact, the only people who do not support voter ID are the Democratic insiders themselves. This of course leaves any person with more than a few brain cells to wonder if this is about ensuring they can steal more elections in 2022 and 2024.
