I don’t have to remind you of the absolute madness that followed the 2020 Election. Numerous states were in chaos as they delayed ballot counting, waiting days as votes mysteriously trickled in for Joe Biden.
The chaos of that election has harmed confidence in our democracy. Some states scrambled to repair their reputation by passing laws to minimize future nonsense. One state went a long way to foil the left’s plans for gaming the system.
As expected, Democrats freaked out. Joe Biden went as far as to accuse them of passing “Jim Crow 2.0,” an ugly and dishonest accusation that enflamed racial tensions. Major companies–even professional sports–tried to coerce the state into changing the law through boycotts.
Biden sued, dragging the state to federal court. Now, the judge has issued his ruling.
A federal court struck down a lawsuit backed by the Biden administration which claimed Georgia’s new election integrity laws are discriminatory towards black voters.
Judge J.P. Boulee issued the ruling for the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Wednesday. According to The Federalist, Judge Boulee said that the Biden administration and other Democratic groups “failed to show a substantial likelihood of success on the merits as to their claims that the provisions intentionally discriminate against black voters in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, Fifteenth Amendment and Section 2 of the [Voting Rights Act].”
In other words, the Democrat Party claims that election integrity laws are racist have been found to hold no merit. [Source: The Post Millennial]
Biden and Democrats stupidly claimed that a law preventing massive election fraud was “racist” against black people. The law in question requires ID to request an absentee ballot, restricts the use of drop boxes, bans ballot harvesting, and prevents other attempts at manipulating an election.
Does… any of that sound racist to you? Unless you are so racist that you think black people can’t get a government-issued ID.
It’s clear that Democrats have been trying to “flip” Georgia through the use of various fraudulent tactics. They have stuffed ballot boxes through ballot harvesting and other attempts at taking ballots from citizens.
But a federal judge did not agree with Biden’s wild accusations. That means, this law will be in place for next year’s presidential election. We might not see Georgia go for Biden again, now that this law is blocking some of Democrats’ favorite ways to manipulate democracy.
