Guess Who’s Under The Microscope For Yet Another Crime?

Did the DHS warn the Biden White House that reversing Trump’s immigration policies could end in catastrophe? That’s what Reps. Tom McClintock (R-CA) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) are attempting to find out after a recent NPR report shows that officials warned and briefed the Biden transition team about the crisis and how changing Trump’s agenda would make the situation worse.

The two lawmakers sent Biden an urgent message demanding documents.

They want to read everything from Oct. 1, 2020 until today. That would include:

  1. All communications and documents, including graphs, charts, memoranda, notes, power point presentations, calendar invitations, and any other materials, relating to meetings with the DHS and the Biden team concerning immigration.
  2. All documents created or used during meetings between the Biden transition team and DHS about immigration.

“Instead of accepting these warnings, Biden enacted executive orders undoing the Trump Administration’s immigration policies,” McClintock and Jordan note. “The reversal of Trump’s successful policies have given a huge incentive for illegals to surge to our border. President Biden is responsible for this crisis.”
