John Durham Unloads New Evidence, Text Message in Bombshell Filing

Last month, the liberal establishment was sent reeling after Special Counsel John Durham filed damning evidence to the court. The man investigating “Russiagate” revealed that lawyers working for Clinton’s campaign spied on Trump servers, including White House networks. The liberal media scrambled to cover, claiming everything that was done was perfectly legal. Hillary Clinton herself claimed it was a “Fox New hoax.” But she did disappear from the news for a while.

Democrats are going to have a harder time explaining away this recent development. They are doing their best to ignore John Durham, whose criminal probe has been going on for years. The left must be getting nervous about the information he’s been uncovering. Now, he’s just made another bombshell, this time over a text message.

In a bombshell court filing late Monday night, Durham for the first time suggested Hillary Clinton’s campaign, her researchers and others formed a “joint venture or conspiracy” for the purpose of weaving the collusion story to harm Trump’s election chances and then the start of his presidency…

Durham also revealed he has unearthed a text message showing Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann falsely told the FBI he was not working on behalf of any client when he delivered now-discredited anti-Trump research in the lead-up to the 2016 election. In fact, he was working for the Clinton campaign and another client, prosecutors say…

“The defendant lied in that meeting, falsely stating to the General Counsel that he was not providing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client,” Durham’s motion said. “In fact, the defendant had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including (i) a technology executive (“Tech Executive-1”) at a U.S.-based Internet company (“Internet Company-1″), and (ii) the Clinton Campaign.” [Source: Just the News]

Not sure how Democrats are going to lie to cover this one up. After the media dismissed Durham’s last bombshell filing, he’s come back even harder. In his most recently filing, he openly claimed Clinton’s campaign and others formed a “conspiracy” to spread false information against Donald Trump. That might not be illegal, on its own. But it is backed by a text message from one of Clinton’s lawyers, in which he lied to an FBI agent.

If this confirms what Americans have been thinking for years, Democrats could face serious trouble. Clinton working with a tech firm and a law firm to produce false information against Trump to sway the election is very serious. With that as a basis for Durham’s cases, he might expose all kind of criminal wrongdoing committed in the effort to discredit Trump.

At the same time, Trump has launched a lawsuit against Clinton and the DNC. This lawsuit might not get far, given the ongoing federal investigation. But it could bring to light more information the Democrats are trying to hide. What will this mean for Clinton and her allies (including those currently in office and working for the government)? Not sure, but it can’t be good.
