Who is really in charge of the White House? You might say the president, because that is how it’s supposed to be. But honestly, with this administration, anyone but Joe Biden is calling the shots. After signing a mountain of executive orders, Joe has been largely MIA, only appearing once in a while, mostly on livestreams.
We’ve seen very little of the typical stuff that happens at the start of an administration. Biden hasn’t met with other leaders, neither lawmakers nor state officials. There have been very few press conferences where Joe speaks about his plans for the country. Most of the time, someone from his administration makes an appearance, but not Joe.
Apparently, he’s been going to bed early. He’s not the kind of leader to burn the midnight oil, despite the fact we still face a huge crisis in the China virus—and other problems. We are hearing about his radical, terrible policies, but nothing from the man to defend them.
Now, we are learning that Kamala Harris has taken over a major role of the presidency, speaking to other world leaders.
Weeks into office, Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly taking calls with foreign leaders on behalf of President Joe Biden.
On Monday, Harris held her second call with a foreign world leader when she spoke to French President Emmanuel Macron, The New York Post reported Tuesday.
Earlier this month, the Veep had a telephone call with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and spoke to the World Health Organization Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in January.
As noted by the Post, Harris’ predecessor Vice President Mike Pence “occasionally spoke directly by phone with foreign leaders, but that role generally was performed by former President Donald Trump, especially last year.” [Source: Daily Wire]
What is going on? Sure, sometimes a vice president will meet with a diplomat or something. But it’s the president who speaks with other presidents and prime ministers. Joe Biden should be the man talking with these people, representing our nation and interests.
Seriously, I wouldn’t trust Kamala Harris to make a phone call to Pizza Hut, let alone the leader of France. She got 2% support in the Democratic presidential primaries. Nobody wanted her remotely close to the White House. She has no business doing the job of the president, so why is Biden so eager to give her the reins?
Many people suspected Biden was just a placeholder for another regime. He’d “win” the election and quickly step down, so a “better” liberal puppet could take over. We just thought that would happen in a year or two. But it seems he doesn’t have to step down at all, as long as Kamala can just do his job for him.
Either way, few can argue that Biden is truly leading. Even if he never steps down, his decisions are clearly being shaped by radical leftists and corporate globalists. He is not putting American workers or families first (if he did, he wouldn’t have killed the Keystone XL Pipeline and thousands of jobs).
Whether he’s the “face” of the White House or not, you better believe he ain’t calling the shots.
