Minutes After Horrific Shooting Media Melts Down–Attacks Police Over This

Americans are mourning the horrible news that a shooter attacked children and teachers in a Nashville school. According to reports, six people died after a killer stormed a Christian school. Three of the victims were children.

This is an ugly crime, case closed. Families are mourning over what a single, evil person, did to innocent victims. But what is the media so upset about? Not that children were killed or, yet another, a school was not prepared for an attack. But that police “misgendered” the killer.

Legacy media outlets are upset that police in Nashville “misidentified” the gender of the biologically female shooter who killed six, including three 9-year-old children, Monday morning at a Christian school.

USA Today wrote in a tweet thread update that “Police on Monday afternoon said that the shooter was a transgender man. Officials had initially misidentified the gender of the shooter.” The New York Times also issued a statement, attempting to clear up “confusion” about the shooter’s gender. [Source: Daily Wire]

I can’t even find the right words to express how shockingly tone-deaf and evil these media responses are. Children are dead, at the heads of a vile criminal. Yet they are up in arms over the fact that police “misidentified” the horrible killer.

According to reports, the killer was a woman who identified as a man. According to transgender activists, this made her a “transgender man.” At first, the police might have described her differently than that.

Who cares? This was a 28-year-old adult who stormed a Christian grade school, armed to the teeth, with the intent of killing children. Her “gender identity” is the least of our concerns. Why is the media so troubled with getting her “pronouns” right, when she killed six people?

This is how morally bankrupt the legacy media has become. They are not mourning the victims. They are not thanking the two brave cops who stopped this killer. They are not calling on lawmakers to ensure schools are safe (by arming teachers and staff).

Nope, they are getting their panties in a twist because the cops used the wrong terminology.

Give me a break.
