The Democrats were thrown for a loop this week when an ABC News/Washington Post poll showed Trump beating Joe Biden by seven points. With over a year before the 2024 Election, that spells doom for Biden’s campaign. He has tanked the country with a shocking lack of leadership. There is no way he can recover in time, both leading the country and running a campaign.
What is the left to do, to make sure Trump’s chances are wiped out? Well, they still have this bogus indictment to play around with. Many legal experts believe this case doesn’t stand a chance. But, in the meantime, Democrats can abuse the legal system to hamper Trump’s campaign.
And the leftist judge overseeing this case just dropped a gavel on him.
President Donald Trump has been banned by a New York judge from posting on social media concerning evidence in a criminal case related to alleged hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels.
According to Bloomberg, State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan’s ordered that anyone with access to the evidence in the case cannot “copy, disseminate or disclose” the evidence to any third party, including social media, without court approval. [Source: The Post Millennial]
So much for free speech! The judge in the left’s indictment against Donald Trump is banning him from discussing evidence from the case on social media. Despite the fact that Trump is a former president, running a campaign, he is not allowed to clear his name before the public.
Not only that, but the judge isn’t even allowing Trump to see the evidence against him. He only has access to “limited” materials. How is that legal? Since when can prosecutors hide evidence from a defendant?
Clearly, this entire case is rigged against Donald Trump. Democrats fear Trump winning the election, so they are using this case to hamstring him. Millions of voters might think he is guilty of some heinous crime, thanks to the lies spread about it in the media.
It’s no coincidence this is happening just as Biden sinks in the polls. Joe Biden is a failed president, plain and simple. He cannot win on his merits, because he has none. The left’s only hope is to smear as much mud against Trump as possible so that if he wins the GOP nomination, he will have that harder of a time running against Crooked Joe.
And they laugh at us when we say the system is rigged.
