From the moment Joe Biden opened our border, we knew the jig was up. The failed “president” had no real excuse for erasing every last measure for securing our border. He only claims Trump’s policies—which kept us safe—were “cruel.” Uh… what? What is cruel about preventing criminals and possibly infected strangers from flooding our country?
But we all knew what was really going on. Under Trump, Democrats lost access to a demographic they had been exploiting for a long time: illegal aliens. They needed these non-citizens because they gave them welfare, let them take our jobs, all so they would vote in our elections. New York exposed that motive just recently when the mayor pushed a rule to let non-Americans vote in local elections.
Yeah, kind of letting the mask drop, eh Democrats?
But now, a group of Americans is fighting back.
The New York State Republican Party, naturalized American citizens, and a Democrat city councilman have filed a lawsuit against New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) over a new policy that gives voting rights to nearly a million foreign nationals…
“We vowed to use every legal tool in our arsenal to block this unconstitutional and un-American law, and that’s exactly what we’re doing,” New York Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy said in a statement. [Source: Breitbart]
New York City has been going downhill every since Democrats took over. It had a prosperous period when Republicans like Rudy Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg were in control. But as soon as the far left got their hands on the government, all bets were off. Now, they have their second consecutive liberal mayor and they are trying to make sure no Republican ever wins in the city again.
This move to let aliens vote in local elections is an obvious power grab. Non-Americans are not allowed to vote, based on our laws and Constitution. The reasons are obvious. But Democrats have been driven to let non-citizens, even illegal aliens vote, counting on them to mindlessly vote for their party.
This is why big cities are in the state they are in. Crooked politicians get embedded and never leave. They push one bad policy after another, destroying a city as they gain more power. They use whatever trick in the book to make sure they are untouchable, as hard-working citizens struggle. This is one of the reasons so many people are fleeing New York because their leaders are putting aliens ahead of Americans.
The rule is so egregious, it would let people who have only been in the country for 30 days to cast votes in our elections. Can you believe that? How can someone who virtually knows nothing about our government and country vote in an election? Do you see how this is just an underhanded move to steal our elections?
In most cases, Democrats don’t even expect these aliens to vote. They just want their names on voter rolls, so someone else can vote in their place. New York doesn’t have voter ID laws, so nothing would stop, say, a liberal operative from stuffing the ballot box, using these names.
The scheme is so obvious, it’s laughable. But Democrats will try to do this everywhere if we let them.
