As usual, Trump had more than one adversary during last night’s debate. As he went in for the kill against his weak opponent, Joe Biden, he had to fend off bias from the moderator. Chris Wallace appeared to be showing favorites during the debate—something that many people noticed. And they are slamming the so-called journalist.
Are you impressed that Joe Biden appeared somewhat coherent last night? Don’t be. Donald Trump wanted both of them checked for listening devices before the debate. Initially, Biden agreed to that, but quickly refused just before the debate. I wonder why…
Oh, this is why:

It seems Joe was clearly hiding a wire under his suit jacket, evidence that the man was using some kind of listening device. That proves he was being fed answers during the debate from his team, making his entire performance worthless.
But shockingly, one person did not notice the scam: the very man hired to moderate the debate. Chris Wallace did not appear to do his job properly. While he did level at Joe a few good questions, many noticed the Fox News host (and registered Democrat) showed a clear bias during the night’s events.
And many online were not pleased.
Fox News host Chris Wallace, a registered Democrat, faced intense backlash on Tuesday night for what was widely deemed as bias in the debate in the favor of Democrat Joe Biden and against Republican President Donald Trump.
One of the issues that Wallace was called out for the most was how he appeared to let Biden interrupt Trump but would jump in to interrupt Trump when Trump would talk over Biden.
Fox News host Brian Kilmeade even noted the discrepancy and called it out on social media, writing: “Why is @JoeBiden allowed to interrupt? @realDonaldTrump is not.”
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld said that it was “not good” when Wallace reportedly laughed with Biden.

These aren’t complaints by diehard Trump supporters, mind you, but critiques from many within the news—some of whom are Wallace’s own colleagues. When your own people are troubled by what you’re doing, that’s a bad sign.
O’Reilly criticized Wallace for not having the facts available about Hunter Biden’s payments from Ukraine, a major scandal blowing up in Biden’s face right now (and could sink his campaign entirely).
Harmeet K. Dhillon called Wallace “a disgrace” over his “slanted” role in this debate.
Noted conservative actor James Woods was brutal, calling Wallace “shamelessly biased.”
Even liberals noticed Wallace’s poor performance. Yashar Ali, a former Clinton campaign staffer, said there was “no doubt” Wallace was doing a bad job. Newsweek’s Josh Hammer, who says he is a fan of his, called Wallace’s effort “inexcusable.”
That’s pretty sad, to say the least. Americans count on these debates to see how the candidates’ vision and policy stack up against one another. That requires disciplined and responsible moderators who can show impartiality to both. A good presidential moderator doesn’t allow his own bias to get in the way—and treats both candidates the same.
Clearly, that was not the case last night. Wallace, who has a longtime grudge against the president, did not treat Trump the same way he treated Biden. It was painfully obvious the liberal-leaning moderator wanted Trump to fail and did everything in his power to prop up Biden, who refused to answer many questions.
Perhaps this is why so many Americans have little faith in the mainstream media?
