Remember way back in January 2021, when Democrats were so worried about a few idiots standing around the U.S. Capitol? The left had a meltdown, claiming these people were trying to “overthrow” the government. But did they? Of course, not. Most of them were just taking pictures.
That didn’t stop Democrats from calling all Trump-supporting Republicans “insurrectionists,” “domestic terrorists,” and “threats to democracy.” Democrats have tried to advance strong measures since then, to secure their power over the government and prevent Republicans from winning elections.
I guess they really worry that radical extremists might invade a government building and disrupt the process of democracy, huh? Except, yet again, a group of leftists rioted in a state Capitol. And Democrats are silent.
Shocking scenes erupted inside the Montana State Capitol on Monday after riot police were forced to respond to far-left activists that disrupted legislative session over the censure of trans-identified representative Zooey Zephyr.
In a joint operation conducted by Montana Highway Patrol and the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement officers decked-out in riot gear descended upon the observation gallery of the House chamber and arrested multiple members of the group, which resulted in the protest being dispersed, according to the New York Post. Trans activists rioted inside the Montana State Capitol to prevent lawmakers from engaging in the legislative process. Sounds a lot like insurrection to me, wouldn’t you agree? It was so bad, that two teams of police had to be brought in, in riot gear, to stop the chaos.
This is the third time in just this year when left-wing activists stormed a state Capitol with the intent of stopping the legislative, democratic process. Extremists stormed the state Capitols of Tennessee and Kentucky. And this is the fourth or fifth time in recent years when leftists have pulled this kind of stunt.
Not to mention the endless riots in major cities that have been going on like clockwork since 2020. Those riots often result in the destruction of private property and the loss of life. Yet Democrats are silent over these obvious threats to our democracy and society. In some states, Democrats shell out big bucks to put these rioters back on the streets.
So, what the heck is going on? If Democrats fear protesters in Capitol buildings posed a threat, why aren’t they condemning these attacks? In reality, some Democrat lawmakers applaud these stunts, even though they are worse than what happened on J6.
It’s because these riots help their cause. These are left-wing activists who are protesting for trans rights, gun control, abortion, or other radical issues. All this chaos helps the left’s agenda, so Democrats are mum.
So, they don’t really fear insurrection… when it’s coming from their side.
