Many people wonder why Joe Biden is going out of his way to shuttle illegal aliens into the country. It’s not just because big companies rely on illegal labor, robbing Americans of good-paying jobs. Many critics have pointed out that states without voter ID often invite outsiders to vote. It appears Democrats have been using illegal aliens to sway close races, especially in states with lax voting laws.
But one red state has sent Democrats screaming for the hill. They just voted on a measure that would shut down one of the left’s favorite schemes. And an overwhelming majority of votes approved of it. What was it? Oh, just a constitutional amendment to prevent illegals from voting in our elections.
Louisiana voters approved an amendment on Saturday clarifying in the state’s constitution that foreign nationals are not to vote in local and state elections. Federal election laws already ban foreign nationals from voting.
A 73 percent majority, or about 315,000 Louisiana voters, approved the amendment which will again clarify in the state’s constitution that voting in local and state elections is a right reserved only for American citizens.
About 27 percent, or 114,000 voters, opposed the amendment. [Source: Breitbart]
Although federal law prevents non-citizens from voting in our elections, it happens all over the country. Democrats in blue states do little to stop non-Americans from influencing elections. Mostly because it always benefits their party.
In Louisiana, they already had a prohibition on this in their Constitution. Yet they still wanted to make sure no one tried to steal their elections. A whopping 73% of voters passed his measure that bans aliens from voting in local and state elections. That means even Democrat voters supported this measure.
So, if Democrat voters oppose illegals voting in their elections, why are Democrat politicians supporting it? In some states, they openly push to let aliens vote in races. Because, it doesn’t really matter to Democrats what Americans want, even liberal Americans. All that matters to them is winning. It doesn’t matter if they have to break the law to do it.
As long as they are in power, they are going to do whatever it takes to win.
And, consider this. If Democrats can get enough illegal aliens to vote in their elections, they don’t need Americans anymore. Democrats can be the worst leaders in the country and still win because they are manipulating illegals.
Kind of sounds like they are already doing that, huh?
