Under President Biden, the Southern border has seen tremendous traffic. Since 2021, over 7 million migrants have entered the country illegally. The Biden administration has not enforced laws to secure the border. Instead, it has spent tax dollars to shuttle migrants to all corners of the country.
Border states, especially Texas, have been overrun by criminal aliens. Republican leaders have been working overtime to defend the border.
Despite this major crisis, it does not appear as if the Supreme Court is helping. It ruled against Texas over border protections. It ruled against Texas in discouraging illegal immigration. And now, yet again, the conservative majority is tying Texas’s hands.
The Supreme Court on Monday extended a temporary block on a new Texas immigration law that is being challenged by the Biden administration.
In an order issued by conservative Justice Samuel Alito, the court again imposed a temporary freeze on a lower court decision. The court said the law would remain on hold “pending further order” of the court.

Once again, the Supreme Court has issued an order preventing Texas from defending the Southern border. For the third time, conservative Justice Samuel Alito blocked a state law that makes illegal immigration into Texas a crime.
Gov. Abbott passed this law to grant law enforcement the power to arrest illegal aliens. It also gives judges the power to order a migrant to be deported, for illegally entering the country.
It is unknown why the highest court in the land continues to side with President Biden. Many lawmakers have shown how Biden neglects federal law and is providing resources to illegal immigrants. The crisis is unsustainable and poses a major threat to the entire country.
Despite this, the court has been unwilling to move quickly to settle the matter. After ruling again and again to curtail Biden’s power, it has failed to address the biggest problem—and worst crisis—of his administration.
As these cases drag on in the courts, more illegal aliens enter the country. Recently, a self-professed member of Hezbollah entered the country, intent on making a bomb.
How long before the SCOTUS brings an end to this insanity?
