Swing State Judge Issues Ruling on Transgender Ban Law

Across the United States, a wave of new legislation is taking aim at contentious issues surrounding gender and sports. Numerous states have enacted laws to ban biological men from competing in women’s sports. Most of these state also have banned minors from undergoing life-altering transgender procedures. These measures reflect a growing concern for fairness in athletics and the well-being of children.

Naturally, Democrats are outraged. They have fought tooth and nail to force radical views onto the country. Even if those views have damaged the lives of many children.

In addition to sports, states are also focusing on the protection of children from irreversible transgender procedures. Legislation is being introduced to prohibit minors from undergoing surgeries and hormone treatments related to gender transition. In one swing state, a law was passed months ago. But it did not go into effect, because leftists rushed to sue. Now, a state judge gave a ruling.

A Franklin County judge ruled on Tuesday that an Ohio ban on the medical transition of minors, and a ban on transgender-identified males in women and girls’ sports, will go into effect immediately.

The ruling enables House Bill 68 (HB68), the Saving Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act, to be enacted more than three months after it was scheduled to go into effect on April 24, 2024. [Source: The Post Millennial]

In a recent development, an Ohio judge has allowed a law banning child sex changes and protecting women’s sports to take effect. According to reports, the law had faced legal challenges but will now be enforced, marking a significant victory for advocates of these measures. The law prohibits transgender surgeries for minors and ensures that only biological females can compete in women’s sports within the state.

Heart-breaking testimony was heard during the trial from women forced to undergo transgender procedures at a young age. Doctors had no problem subjecting them to surgeries and hormone injections. Leftists claimed that transgender procedures are “widely accepted.” Yet, their claims were not backed by evidence. Medical literature does not provide a wide consensus on transgender procedures on minors. It seems more evidence suggests it is harmful.

Like other states, Ohio has also prohibited biological men from competing against women in state sports. This has been a major issue across the country. Americans are becoming increasingly resistant to the idea of men in women’s sports. It is obvious they have a biological advantage over women, regardless of how they identify. The vast majority of these male athletes appear to have had little to no procedures. Often, they are fully male—giving them an incredible advantage.

Again, Democrats are fighting viciously to let these men compete against women. This has, to some, tarnished the integrity of women’s sports. Men are dominating in a field that was supposed to be exclusively for women. We’ve yet to see a woman who identifies as a man compete against other men; it’s obvious why.
