With each passing day, we get closer to the 2022 midterm elections. It’s no small thing to say these elections will have a huge impact on our country in the coming years. If Democrats maintain a hold on Congress, they will push as much reckless spending and socialism as possible.
But if Republicans flip Congress, then they will be able to check Biden’s administration and even investigate his many failed policies.
Republican Sen. Ted Cruz weighed in on upcoming elections. He gave his view on the GOP’s 2022 chances. And he declared the real odds of Biden running again.
Cruz said Georgia’s 2021 Senate special election saw “depressed” Republican turnout, which is why the seat went blue, but predicted GOP voters won’t be staying home this year after the “damage done to the country from Georgia having two Democrat senators who arrived to be a rubber stamp for the Angry Socialist Caucus in the Democratic Party.”

In terms of the midterm elections, Cruz predicted Republicans will flip both chambers come November…
“I think Joe Biden’s record has been abominable, which is reflected in his abominable poll numbers.” […]
“I think there is zero chance that Joe Biden runs again in 2024. He is obviously too old. He is not able to do the job today,” “The degree of his mental impairment, at this point, is deeply disturbing. This is a man who shakes hands with the empty air. This is a man who talks to the Easter Bunny.” [Source: Fox News]
Sen. Cruz was confident Republicans would retake Congress in 2022. He said chances of the GOP flipping the House were “north of 90 percent.” While the odds of Republicans taking back the Senate were around 60%.
When it comes to Joe Biden’s future, Cruz is saying what we’re all thinking (even Democrats). The Republican said there was zero chance Joe Biden would run in 2024. He pointed out the fact that Joe is too old to “do the job today.” His rapidly-declining mental and physical health is too much to ignore.
But, for now, Democrats can’t admit that. If Biden comes out and says he’s not running in 2024, it would be a huge sign of weakness and defeat. Voters would be reluctant to go out and support the left if Biden is already planning on packing his bags.
Don’t be surprised, however, if an announcement like that comes out soon after the midterms. Once this election is over, Biden will be safer to say he’s not running. This will give the party at least two years to figure out what to do next.
It’s all bad, no matter how you look at it, for them. Joe Biden can’t run again, but there is no one that is qualified to take over. Harris is an imbecile. The rest of the administration leaders are unfit for their jobs. The party is bankrupt of leaders with vision and skill.
Not that we’re crying about it.
