The nation was shocked to learn that, over the weekend, a young medical student Laken Riley was murdered while out jogging. What was especially damning was the fact that her murderer was Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal alien who entered the country in 2022.
He had been arrested in New York on multiple offenses but was released by the Democrat-run city. He made his way to Georgia, where he attacked Riley and killed her in cold blue.
To date, the White House has said nothing about this unacceptable crime. Nor has Joe Biden offered condolences to Riley’s family or her community. Now, Donald Trump is speaking out—and he has some choice words for this administration.
Former President Donald Trump released a statement on Monday decrying the murder of Laken Riley at the hands of a Venezuelan illegal immigrant over the weekend. The White House and President have not said anything on the matter as of Monday in the early afternoon.
“The horrible murder of 22-year-old Laken Riley at the University of Georgia should have NEVER happened! The monster who took her life illegally entered our Country in 2022…and then was released AGAIN by Radical Democrats in New York after injuring a CHILD!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “When I am your President, we will immediately Seal the Border, Stop the Invasion, and on Day One, we will begin the largest deportation operation of illegal CRIMINALS in American History! The former president expressed a level of outrage rarely seen by the public. He called the illegal alien who killed Riely a “monster”—revealing he had entered the country illegally two years ago. He blasted the “Radical Democrats” who released him in New York for supposedly injuring a child.
Trump was emphatic that this crime should have “never happened.” It’s clear he is condemning Joe Biden and his party for ignoring the border crisis for over three years. Under Joe Biden, over 7 million illegal aliens have entered the country.
Biden’s DHS has not deported a single one but released them into the country. Men like Ibarra are allowed to roam the country freely, putting countless citizens in harm’s way. It doesn’t seem that the Democrats have any remorse over Riley’s death. I’m sure some of the radical left have no sympathy for a young white woman who died at the hands of an illegal. Perhaps this is what they wanted all along.
Dark thoughts, to be sure. But why aren’t Democrats doing everything they can to protect Americans and send these murdering illegals back to where they came from? Biden is sitting on his hands as young women are killed by criminals.
Unless something changes soon, this kind of evil will only get worse.
