Elon Triggers Liberals to the Max! They Never Saw This Coming…

Last week, social network X was on fire. Conservative host Tucker Carlson almost broke the Internet with his interview with infamous commentator, Alex Jones.

On the very same day, Elon Musk announced he’d reinstate Jones’s account, pending a poll from users.

Liberals were quickly outraged that a man hated almost as much as Donald Trump might return to the social network (he has been banned from most networks). But this is the result of the poll.

Elon Musk said he’s considering reinstating Alex Jones on Twitter. He said he’d run a poll and perhaps let the people decide. While waiting for that poll to commence, Alx decided to get one going himself.

The positive response was astounding. Of the 58,901 who participated in the poll, 92 percent of those surveyed said that yes, Jones should be reinstated.

“The people have spoken,” Alx wrote. “It’s time to reinstate @RealAlexJones Vox Populi, Vox Dei.”

“Ok,” Musk replied. [Source: The Post Millennial]

Before Elon opened a poll himself, user “ALX” held his own. About 60,000 users voted and the overwhelming majority elected to bring back Alex Jones. ALX called on Elon Musk to respond by reinstating Jones. And his response was, “Ok.”

Jones himself helped fuel the campaign. He posted a video that was circulated by users on X, urging people to vote to get him back on the social network. Jones claimed he wanted to return, not for himself, but as a victory for free speech.

At the time of this writing, Jones’s account has been reactivated. He is already posting content to X and issued a video of thanks to users.

Jones claimed his account exploded with followers after his reinstatement. He also interviewed Elon Musk on X Spaces. Musk had previously promised that Jones would be held accountable for what he said on X, thanks to fact-checking service Community Notes. Musk said other social networks have failed to implement a system as democratic and effective as his.
