Biden’s Planned Migrant Surge Has Border Agents Enraged

Has the American administration transformed our country into a state without borders? Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz recently testified in court that the Biden administration has done virtually nothing to address the situation of soaring illegal immigration at the U.S. border. The CEO claims that individuals who commit crimes face “no penalties.”

Ortiz’s comments come from a videotaped deposition dated July 28 that Fox News was able to get. The video tape, according to Fox, is a portion of the evidence in a case Ashley Moody, the Florida attorney general, is bringing against the Department of Homeland Security and other border authorities.

As long as there are no “consequences” for illegal immigration, the long-serving law enforcement official told Florida’s attorneys, it will only increase.

During the deposition, Ortiz stated, “In my experience, we have observed rises when there are no penalties.

Therefore, more migrants will arrive at the border if they think there won’t be any repercussions for their actions. Do you mean to say that? questioned the lawyer.
According to Ortiz, “there is a presumption that if migrant populations are informed that there is a chance they may be freed, then, yeah, you can observe increases.”

The lawyer persisted, saying, “So, it will grow exponentially. Is it being indicated here, or what?

Ortiz responded, “Well, I do think it will rise, absolutely.

The attorney also probed Ortiz about the “document,” a letter from the spring of 2021 that detailed the Biden administration’s immigration plans.

Does this paper suggest that illegal immigrants believe they will be able to come and remain in the United States now that President Biden has been elected? questioned the lawyer.

Ortiz said while under oath, “Yes.”

One of the many pieces of proof that Biden and his administration are failing to maintain their responsibility to safeguard and preserve the US border has been highlighted in Moody’s complaint as this “document” from the spring memo.

The situation at the southern border is still grim; according to the New York Post, two infants were abandoned by smugglers to perish close to the Arizona-Mexico border only last Thursday. Only 4 months old, one of the infants was discovered face down and unconscious at the scene. Thankfully, both kids received treatment and have since been released.
